We decided to make a formal commitment to generate a positive impact on the community, the environment and the land. To do this, we chose to first be a Benefit Corporation and, subsequently, by certifying ourselves as a B Corp. We are, in fact, convinced that every company can and should make a concrete contribution to making the world more sustainable and more equitable.

We want to help people invest in themselves by promoting the acquisition and development of skills and abilities. Likewise, we also want to support organizations determined to support the growth, both personal and professional, of their employees and contractors.

PHYD was founded with the full awareness that the labor market and people need an entity that can enhance Human Capital on an ongoing basis and in a multigenerational logic People are, in fact, the most important strategic asset for the country and its businesses, which today are called upon to face a very delicate competitive, geo-political and socio-economic environment. With this rationale, PHYD continues to work with the goal of creating personalized paths of growth and maturation capable of increasing self-awareness, in an objective and structured way, on what are the skills of each person, the ability to fill a given role, and all the other aspects that allow one to be future-proof.

B Corporations are companies that are committed to measuring and considering their environmental and social performance with the same attention traditionally given to economic performance and that believe in business as a positive force that strives to produce value for the biosphere and society.

“B Corporation Certification“ is a mark that is licensed by B Lab, a private nonprofit organization, to companies like ours that have successfully passed the B Impact Assessment (”BIA") and thus meet B Lab's requirements for social and environmental performance, accountability and transparency.

It is specified that B Lab is not a conformity assessment body under Regulation (EU) No. 765/2008 or a national, European or international standards body under Regulation (EU) No. 1025/2012. BIA's criteria are separate and autonomous from harmonized standards resulting from ISO or other standards bodies and are not ratified by national or European public institutions

PHYD's commitment to community, environment, and territory is not limited only to its own operations. In fact, all actors in PHYD's supply chain are also required to meet certain indispensable requirements. These requirements contribute to making our reality a Benefit Society. For this reason, PHYD's suppliers must adhere to a specifically created policy, the Supplier Code of Conduct.
