The future of work will increasingly be characterized by the new (and mostly as yet unknown) possibilities offered by the metaverse

The future is coming but, as yet, we are not fully aware of it. Indeed, data emerging from the latest research related to the metaverse confirm that we still have much to discover about this sociotechnological dimension. The metaverse is in a small part already ready for use, yet it still holds great potential to be explored and new job opportunities to be built.
